Hi all,

Today's update isn't about technology at all. This time of year is too hectic for that, wouldn't do anyone much good anyway.

Instead, who wants to go see some inspiring art? We're offering to buy pairs of tickets for those of you on our list who happen to be near or visiting New York City this December, to see the amazing Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater perform during their five-week holiday engagement at New York City Center.

We've been working with AILEY for over a year now on a turnaround of their Salesforce CRM, and it's been wonderful. But to state the obvious, AILEY has been utterly brilliant for decades, long before anyone had ever heard of The Build Tank.

I got to see them last holiday season. And I had seen them before so I thought I was prepared, but they still blew me away. It was moving. Everyone in the theater clearly felt the same.

We've enjoyed getting to know the devoted staff behind the scenes helping make it all happen. And this season is dedicated to the life and legacy of beloved Ailey icon Judith Jamison who recently passed, as you may have seen in the news. So we thought this could be a nice way to support AILEY, as well as to open up more people to their incredible legacy.
