With your natural talent for creating structure, optimizing process, and fostering collaboration, you help facilitate environments where teams can do their best work. A small, high-performing, quickly-growing team environment where many of the processes you'll need are waiting to be created by you doesn't make you nervous, rather it makes you excited about the countless ways you can make an impact.
