Role descriptions:

Nonprofit Technology Transformation Leader: You’ve got experience managing and stewarding technology in a nonprofit context — especially Salesforce — but that’s only part of the story. You also have a certain magic that makes you the right kind of guide, coach, friend, mentor, and strategist to others who are learning how to do it. You find a complex strategic landscape to be an interesting challenge to be understood and grappled with. You have a steadiness and authenticity to the way you approach conversations and interactions. You build trust that is well earned and based on real experience and insight.

Operations Leader (a.k.a. Chief Internal Optimizer): You're a systems thinker and behind-the-scenes orchestrator who finds deep satisfaction in creating order from ambiguity, and who derives satisfaction from empowering others to succeed. With your natural talent for creating structure, developing processes, and fostering collaboration, you help nurture environments where teams can do their best work. You're passionate about removing obstacles and creating the conditions where everyone can contribute their unique talents toward a shared mission.
